The objective of the proposed assessment is to obtain additional hydrogeologic information regarding the upper, middle, and lower Patapsco aquifers in eastern Charles County, Calvert County, and St. Mary's County; to integrate these data into a quantitative assessment of the aquifers' capacity to supply future water demands in the tri-county region; and to construct observation wells to monitor future changes in Patapsco water levels.
